You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Wildtrak Leisure recommends having your order delivered to a business address or an address where you or someone you designate will be available to accept delivery. If you elect to give Authority to Leave to any of our couriers (sender permits courier to leave the parcel if no one is at the address and there is somewhere safe to leave it) for your parcel, Wildtrak Leisure accepts no responsibility for the parcel thereafter as it has been deemed as delivered. We are unable to deliver to a PO Box, Private Mail Bag or Parcel Locker.
Delivery time can take anywhere between 2-10 working days after dispatch depending on your location. Remote and regional areas will require a longer delivery time of up to 14 days.
Tracking numbers are available and provided via email when your order has been dispatched. Please use your tracking number to track the status of your delivery.
The shipping fees we charge include postage and handling fees, we cannot provide discounts or refunds on freight or handling fees. Wildtrak Leisure reserves the right to request an additional freight charge for deliveries more than 150kms from a major city. Customers will be notified prior to orders being processed and dispatched. Orders will be refunded if the customer objects to additional charges.
Combined postage is not available. Some products may be dispatched in more than one carton.
We currently only dispatch to addresses within Australia unless otherwise listed. We do not ship to Islands or remote areas without a separate freight quote.
We aim to dispatch all products within one working day of your full payment being made. Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchase
